 out the proposal will be taken during the Public Hearing.\nSpeaker registr
 ation for the Public Hearing will be held from 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. on th
 e 1st Floor of the Madison Street Lobby. The Public Comment segment of the
  Public Hearing will conclude after the last person who has signed in to s
